Cancellations

Please advise of any cancellations or changes to your appointment at least 12 hours beforehand if possible so that we may facilitate other guests. Bookings cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 


Health Observations

Due to health complications we are unable to treat clients who have consumed more than a moderate amount of alcohol within the 12 hours prior to their appointment. Please contact us to reschedule your appointment if these circumstances apply to you. Our cancellation policy will apply in the event that we need to cancel your appointment should this safety recommendation not by observed.

 


Health Funds


All of our therapists are fully qualified and specialise in different modalities. Your health fund provider will be able to tell you which modalities are covered by your health fund. Please advise your therapist if you will be requiring a receipt.

 


Respecting the Spa Environment

Please consider other guests receiving treatments and keep noise to a minimum. To enjoy your treatment don’t forget to turn off your mobile phone.
