What is a Vichy shower?

A Vichy shower utilises the therapeutic benefits of hydrotherapy while being a wonderful way to receive body treatments as there is no need to move to a shower afterwards, the whole treatment is carried out on the one bed under a rainbar of seven showerheads. These adjustable showerheads are designed for massaging your body and your therapist will adjust water pressure and temperature for optimal results. The Vichy relieves muscular tension, stimulates circulation and lymphatics, assists in eliminating toxins from your body, and is deeply relaxing and re-energising at the same time.
